can't take it anymore

take：accept or undergo, often unwillingly，这里表示不乐意的接受，甚至忍受的意思。比如：
1. As he was hard up he had to take this job.
由于手头儿紧，他不得不接受这份工作。
2. The responder has just two choices: take what is offered or receive nothing.
回答者只有两个选择：接受提议，或一分钱都拿不到。

no offense

no offense：无意冒犯，请勿见怪。是老外在表达自己的真实想法（尤其是对方可能不容易接受、认同的）前十分常用的一个短语：
1. No offense, but your car is a real clunker!
无意冒犯，不过你的车真是又老又旧！
2. Well, no offense, you either let me through or you get me your supervisor.
恕我冒犯，要么你让我过去要么你叫你们长官过来。
