这段用到了两个常用的增译词，一个是 efforts，一个是 work，类似的还有 campaign 等。“新型XX” 往期笔记分析过，类似新型大国关系等说法，一般是 new types of 这种固定译法。

“着力培育新的增长点，促进服务业加快发展，支持发展移动互联网”，这里把后面的小句理解为“培育”的途径，体现语句之间的逻辑，避免千篇一律的并列关系。

同时，继续化解过剩产能，钢铁、水泥等 15 个重点行业淘汰落后产能年度任务如期完成。加强雾噩治理，淘汰黄标车和老旧车指标超额完成。
