When the interior designer saw the sustainable seafood symbol on seafood items in the menu of the restaurant, he was impressed. That was on top of the many vegetarian choices available for people who preferred not to eat meat. When he was hired to design the interior décor of this new restaurant, he was aware of the mood and atmosphere the manager wanted to create. The designer also knew the style of cuisine which would be served, but he did not know the items which would be on the menu.
