Mr. Rothwell and his wife run a "care home" for the elderly.
Mr. Rothwell is basically a one-man company, sometimes he outsources to other people, while his students has the priority.
After retiring he would like to continue to write fictions. He already has 65 books finished and hopes to continue and maybe writes scary fictions with Stephen King style.

He usually only works with multinational companies, but believes that local business managers should take his course to learn how to develop their employees instead of blaming HR. Then he goes on to give examples about this and his past experiences of training banking institutions across Asia.
