怎么应对让人头疼的独立口语题目？（1）

考场上你可能会遇到什么状况？
在考场上，问题出现在显示屏上，且电脑中有人读出问题后，问题下方会出现时钟开始倒计时。准备时间只有15秒，答题时间是45秒。时间太短了，我该怎么办？此时，或者大脑不太给力，毫无头绪或千头万绪不知从何谈起；或者还没来得及调整思路、组织语言，时间便转瞬即逝。这也许是大部分托福考生，尤其是第一次参加考试的考生的临场反应。其实，这也不赖我们考生。没有思路或足够的谈资，即便是个美国人也不可能在45秒内说出花来；没有思路或足够的谈资，即便让中国考生用中文回答，也会词穷。而这还只是麻烦的开始，遇到这种状况，不但回答说不到点上，还会影响心情，结果越说越没信心，越说声音越小，心跳加快，表达也捉襟见肘，语无伦次，顾此失彼，最后只能慌忙收尾。

1) 性格层面
• Reserved / timid / shy
• Not willing to talk to others in a new environment / Feel embarrassed to talk to somebody he/she is unfamiliar with

2) 语言层面
• Study overseas (in the U.S.) next year
• Unable to communicate with the locals

Topic: Personally speaking, I would suggest young kids feel free to talk to teachers and other students and make some friends if they want to get high grades.
Reason 1: To begin with, teachers and classmates are beneficial to our studies, because others’ notes can help make up for what we missed in our class, and also the discussions with classmates or teachers can improve our understanding of lectures and solving problems in assignments. Reason 2: However, young kids are usually shy and timid and not willing to talk to others in a new environment. As a result, they would be isolated without friends and help from others in the class, and their grades will be suffered. Reason 1: First, teachers and classmates are both important sources of information. For example, the others’ notes can make up for what my friend missed in the math class, and also group discussions can improve his understanding in the subject and help solve his problems. (万能理由1“学生永远需要交流”——学习层面)
Reason 2: Also, I would recommend him to be outgoing and open to others, because he is kind of shy and not willing to talk to his classmates, which prevents him from fully understanding the subject in the group discussions.
