近日公布的第83届奥斯卡金像奖最佳外语片第二轮侯选名单中，中国内地电影《唐山大地震》、香港电影《岁月神偷》和台湾电影《艋舺》悉数提前出局。这是华语片连续八年与该奖项提名无缘。本届奥斯卡颁奖典礼将于2011年2月27日举行。.

Nine films will advance to the next round of voting in the Foreign Language Film category for the 83rd Academy Awards. Sixty-six films had originally qualified in the category.

The films, listed in alphabetical order by country, are:

Algeria, Outside the Law《法外》—阿尔及利亚
Canada, Incendies《焦土之城》—加拿大
Denmark, In a Better World《更好的世界》—丹麦
Greece, Dogtooth《犬齿之家》—希腊
Japan, Confessions《告白》—日本
Mexico, Biutiful《美错》—墨西哥
South Africa, Life, above All《生活至上》—南非
Spain, Even the Rain《雨水危机》—西班牙
Sweden, Simple Simon《傻瓜西蒙》—瑞典

The 83rd Academy Awards nominations will be announced live on Tuesday, January 25, 2011, at 5:30 a.m. PT in the Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theater.

Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2010 will be presented on Sunday, February 27, 2011, at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center, and televised live by the ABC Television Network. The Oscar presentation also will be televised live in more than 200 countries worldwide.

代表两岸三地报名角逐“小金人”的冯小刚作品《唐山大地震》、罗启锐影片《岁月神偷》和钮承泽电影《艋舺》提前结束了奥斯卡之旅，这是继2003年中国导演张艺谋作品《英雄》入围奥斯卡外语片提名后，华语片连续八年与奥斯卡无缘。在奥斯卡历史上，共有7部华语片入围外语片奖提名，仅有李安导演的《卧虎藏龙》最终捧得“小金人”。

第83届奥斯卡金像奖提名名单将于2011年1月25日公布，颁奖典礼将于2011年2月27日在好莱坞柯达剧场举行，届时将有约200个国家和地区的亿万观众通过电视观看颁奖盛况。
