Court documents show former IMF chief Dominique Strauss Kahn declared he had diplomatic immunity and complained that his handcuffs were too tight after his arrest last month. The documents provide a chronology of statements leading to Strauss Kahn's arrest on charges he sexually assaulted a hotel maid. Documents also show Strauss Kahn later told police he was not trying to use his diplomatic status.

Eastern Arizona's 760 square mile wildfire is 33% contained, but more winds are expected through the weekend. Fire officials also fear strong winds will mean more problems for a 26,000 acre fire along the New Mexico-Colorado border.

A brazen armed robbery caught on tape in Florida. The Orange County Sheriff's Office released surveillance video from a payless rental car business. The suspects can be seen waving guns and running around the business. They are still on the loose.

And a city of Portland has been forced to drain a key water supply after a 21-year-old man caught on video admitted to urinating in a city reservoir. No criminal charges have been filed, but it is still a possibility. In the meantime, city officials say nearly eight million gallons of drinking water will be discarded because of the incident.
