During the test
On the day of the test, be sure to bring pencils, erasers, eyeglasses and whatever else you need. Once you have the test, skim through it to see how it's organized, so you can better budget your time.

Read all instructions thoroughly and make sure you understand them before starting. Students often lose test points because they fail to read the directions carefully.

Avoid spending large amounts of time on tough questions. If you get stuck, leave the question and move on. Go back to the more difficult questions after completing the easier ones.If you are confused, ask your instructor for help.

At the end of the test
Once you are finished, read through your test again, and fight the temptaion to change your answer. Change them only if you misread the question because the first answer you choose is usually correct. Hand in your test with confidence. Don't worry about your mistakes; you probably did better than you think. Instead of worrying, celerate! The test is over!
