沪江英乐：伦敦碗中，101个雕像碎片开始慢慢聚集，它们组成了披头士主唱，约翰·列侬(John Lennon)的脸。来自利物浦的合唱团演唱列侬1971年的歌曲“想象”(Imagine)。利物浦是列侬的故乡。此时场内的大屏幕，也在播放列侬的声音和影像。

在闭幕式上演出的这首“想象”，是列侬的遗孀小野洋子(有时被译为大野洋子)为了本次闭幕式，与音乐总监阿诺德一起重新编曲的版本。而大屏幕上播放的影像，是列侬在1971年拍摄的。此前从未公开。
