解题步骤：
第一步：审题
1. 题型：提纲作文；
2. 文体：应用文。

第二步：框架分析
1. 信件格式：①在信的右上角写上写信人的信息。先写姓名，再写地址。地址的写法是由小到大，门牌、街道、邮编、市、省、国家；
②在刚刚写好的地址下面左起写收信人的信息，格式同上；
③再隔一两行顶格是收信人的称呼；
④称呼下隔两行，开始写正文；
⑤正文结束后，是结束语；
⑥写信人的签名在右下角；
⑦最后是日期，月/日/年。
2. 点出每个要点。

第三步：写作思路
1. 说明信件的主要内容；
2. 注意信件的格式。

第四步：关键词和词组
　　organize a trip to Beijing，a seven?鄄day tour during the Spring Festival，accommodation，etc.

第五步：落笔成文

I’d like you to organize a trip to Beijing for my classmates. I have here a group of students studying in Shanghai University, who want to go on a seven-day tour during the Spring Festival. I hope we can have a coach which will take us to Beijing and then bring us back to Shanghai. We also need a guide who knows Beijing well. I would be very grateful if you can work out an itinerary as soon as possible and tell me about our accommodation, meals as well as how much each of us has to pay.
