据中国地震台网测定，北京时间2013年4月20日8时2分，在四川省雅安市芦山县( 北纬30.3, 东经103.0 )发生7.0级地震， 震源深度13公里。

随后，当地接连发生了较大多次余震，请大家注意安全。 有网友反应，部分手机已经打不通。四川省地震局已启动7级地震预案和1级地震应急响应。

目前，与四川相邻的重庆市地震局正在召开紧急会议，确认市内震级等相关情况。央视驻重庆记者电话称：10层以上居民被晃醒。花盆摆动的幅度就像被大风吹动。目前，重庆没有人员伤亡或房屋倒塌。重庆机场起降正常。因地震跑出来的老百姓大多已经回家。

四川雅安地震也波及毗邻的陕西省，省会城市西安震感强烈，部分居住于高层的小区居民纷纷汇聚至平地，地库里的车辆也开到路上停放。

据中央气象台消息，今日08时，芦山阴，气温15℃，微风；过去24小时降雨20.2毫米。预计未来三天，芦山县以阴天为主，有时有阵雨，微风；最低气温16～17℃，最高气温22～23℃。

Residents in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan, and Leshan felt the earthquake.
