The bad boy rekindled his romance with Stefani—now Lady Gaga—last summer.

Last month, Lüc decided to pen a book espousing the lifestyle, which he credits with helping him lose the weight over the past two years. Its release date is set for early 2012. What's more, Lady Gaga announced last month that she, too, is a devotee of Lüc's plan.

In May 2010, Lüc—who listens to the Rocky soundtrack and Iron Maiden during workouts—finished Half-Marathon in an hour and 57 minutes. He also celebrated his 30th birthday in December by completing his first marathon, in Vegas.
