In Laos, rescuers pulled bodies from the muddy Mekong River. An airline plane crashed in stormy weather, killing 49. No survivors are expected.
 
And in Paraguay, Martina Lopez 99 and Jose Manuel Riella 103 sealed their love in a religious wedding after 50 years of living together. She wore a dress. The groom went with more casual attire.
