However, he said, without UN Security Council approval, any military action would be aggression.

Convicted kidnapper and rapist Ariel Castro was found dead in his Ohio prison cell overnight. Prison officials say he apparently hanged himself. Castro kidnapped 3 women and held them hostage for a decade.
 
And a flash flood in the Palm Springs, California area sent a massive river of mud, spilling over a desert road.
