Bradley Manning has been acquitted of aiding the enemy for giving classified secrets to Wikileaks. But he was convicted of 19 other charges including espionage, theft, computer fraud and other military infractions. Manning's sentencing hearing is set to start Wednesday. 
 
“The parties have agreed to remain engaged.” After two days of talks, Israeli and Palestinian negotiators agreed to meet again within two weeks to start substantive negotiations on a so-far elusive peace deal. Secretary of State John Kerry indicated they hoped to reach a deal within nine months.
 
Authorities say the driver of the train that derailed and killed 79 people in Spain was on the phone and traveling 95 miles an hour, almost twice the speed limit. The train had been going as fast as 119 miles an hour when the driver activated the brakes seconds before the crash.
 
And snail facials crawl onto the Japanese beauty market. Customers are shelling out $250 an hour to have live snails crawl across their skin as part of a new beauty treatment.
