Egypt's military has ousted President Mohammed Morsi. He's been replaced by the chief justice of the Supreme Constitutional Court. Morsi is reported to be in an undisclosed location.
 
A plane carrying Bolivia’s president is continuing on to Bolivia after a refueling stop in the Canary Islands. Bolivia accused the United States of ordering European countries to block the flight from their airspace, due to rumors that NSA leaker Edward Snowden was aboard.
 
The end may be near for a three-day-old transit strike in the San Francisco bay area. A union negotiator says some progress has been made in talks.
