Fans of James Gandolfini are in shock, following his sudden death while on vacation in Italy. The actor was 51, and is best remembered for his Emmy-award winning performance as Tony Soprano. 
 
Senators are close to a compromise on an immigration bill that would grant legal status to millions of people living illegally in the U.S. The bill would also double the size of the border patrol. 
 
Some former investigators want to reopen the investigation into the 1996 crash of TWA flight 800. They say new evidence points to the often-discounted theory that a missile may have brought down the plane. 
 
And Men’s Wearhouse has fired its founder, chief executive and spokesman, George Zimmer. It didn't say why it got rid of Zimmer, who's known for saying you're going to like the way you look.
