Lawmakers are pressing Attorney General Eric Holder about subpoenas of Associated Press phone records. Holder told Congress that a serious national security leak required the secret gathering of records. 
 
House Speaker John Boehner is asking who's going to jail over the IRS scandal. The government agency is accused of targeting conservative groups for extra scrutiny of their applications for tax-exempt status
 
O.J. Simpson testifies as part of his bid for a new trial on his robbery and kidnapping conviction. Simpson says he wasn't properly represented by his trial attorney at the 2008 trial. 
 
And check out this view of the nation's capitol. Video captured from the helmet of a worker shows the scaffolding being topped off at the Washington monument. The landmark was damaged almost two years ago in an earthquake.
