President Obama has arrived in Mexico City, his first trip to Latin America since winning re-election last November. He’s scheduled to meet with Mexico’s new President Enrique Pena Nieto to talk about energy, trade, and security issues. 
 
A militant convicted of killing a New Jersey state trooper 40 years ago is now the first woman on the FBI's list of most-wanted terrorists. Officials announced a doubling of the reward to $2 million for the capture of Joanne Chesimard. 
 
The U.S. is calling for North Korea to immediately release a Korean-American sentenced to 15 years' hard labor for hostile acts against the state. Kenneth Bae is at least the sixth American detained there since 2009. 
 
A crane has hoisted a U.S. flag-covered spire to the top of New York's one world trade center. After it's installed, the building will soar to a symbolic height of 1,776 feet.
