This is AP News Minute.

A Mississippi man has been charged in connection with poison-laced letters sent to President Barack Obama and others. Officials arrested James Everett Dutschke at his home early this morning.

The Federal Aviation Administration says it has suspended all employee furloughs and it says air traffic facilities will begin returning to regular staffing levels over the next 24 hours.

The Taliban vows to use every possible tactic in a spring offensive it plans to launch tomorrow. Also in Afghanistan, NATO says a plane crash today killed four international service members.

And the idea was simple: for 20 bucks you could buy a flute of champagne and a chance to win a one-carat diamond. The problem? A Florida woman accidentally swallowed the five-thousand-dollar diamond. She's ok. A doctor later retrieved it.
