The Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded to three women for their non-violence struggle for the safety of women and for women's rights. The winners are Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Liberian activist Leymah Gbowee and Tawakkul Karman of Yemen.

Police say the parents of a missing 10-month-old Missouri girl had stopped cooperating with the detectives investigating the baby's disappearance. The police source said the parents aren’t suspects at this time.

An effort by hundreds of police officers across Southern California has led to arrest at least a dozen members and leaders of the Vagos motocycle club. Authorities say some Vagos' members were involved in a large scale drug distribution ring and took part in crimes ranging from theft to solicitation of murder.

Prosecutors are expected Friday to play a police interview conducted with the doctor charged in Michael Jackson's death. In it, Dr. Conrad Murray lays out his version of events in the final hours of the singer's life.
