表述技巧:最省事的办法,找张纸写下十个专业人士必备的QUALITIES OR ABILITIES(素质或技能),比如cooperative, flexible, personal skills, experienced,creative,public speaking skills等等这些。然后挨个把你将要面试的职位最看重最需要的每一条划掉。看看最后剩下的有哪些,随便挑一个英语不绕嘴的,发音简单的,能举出具体事例和改进措施的---这个就是你的缺点啦!举个例子:如果你去面试一个秘书的职位,多半留下的|是public speaking skills。剩下的大半时间要说说你打算怎么克服这个缺点,举出来的例子一定要落到实处,要包括具体的时间地点人物!如果你能做到说着说着"不经意间" 从口袋里掏出一个事先准备好的INDEX CARD,同时告诉面试官 "I'm currently taking workshops in public speaking skills development. Here's my homework for tonight's class."---那您可老厉害了,下个工作可以直接考虑跳槽到百老汇。
