朝鲜最高法院8号对两名美国记者进行了宣判，判处她们劳动教化12年，此举将进一步加剧朝鲜和美国的对抗。美国国务卿希拉里说，朝鲜对扣押的两名美国记者作出的非法入境指控是没有根据的，应该允许她们回国。 

1.The White House says the charges against two American journalists to North Korea are unfounded. The communist country convicted Laura Ling and Euna Lee and sentenced them to 12 years of hard labor.

2.This woman in Oregon is accused of killing her pregnant friend and trying to pass the baby off as her own. The victim's mother says they apparently met on Craigslist. Hazzer Snively was eight-month pregnant and found dead with baby no longer in her womb.

3.Brazilian divers have found a large tail section from the Air France jet that crashed into the ocean more than a week ago. It is one of the biggest pieces found so far from the wreckage, but the plane’s black boxes are still missing

4.The White House says Sonia Sotomayor has broken her ankle after an airport stumble in New York City. But that's not stopping the Supreme Court nominee. She was back in Washington and even stopped at the White House before heading to hospital for an X-ray.
