近日，厦门一化妆品公司负责人利用新浪微博公开表示，将为员工放半天至一天的“叫兽假”，让他们得以同步观看本周韩国大热剧集《来自星星的你》的大结局。

消息一出，众网友瞬间哗然，纷纷称赞苏先生的做法“很人性化”，是“中国好领导”。不过也有冷眼旁观者道，这是该公司的广告营销，网友@Milin-zhou就评论称，“这公司的推广做的不错，半天假效果达到了”。

据悉，苏先生所在的公司共有两百多名员工，而在24日，他收到的请假理由为“看《来自星星的你》大结局”的请假条就多达52张。同时，面对同事们追剧的热情，他也不担心公司的业务会因此被落下，因为“也不是所有人都喜欢看的”，“不会全部人都请假，目前来看，问题不大”。
