背景介绍：

无论是反应社会一角的校园还是暗流涌动的职场，团队合作完成一项任务总是不可避免的。有些时候是由老师或领导安排分组，大部分时候则是自由组队。这样的分组形式本来是方便小组成员拉近关系促进交流合作，然而这样的安排也在不知不觉中助长了一种风气。很多自己不愿动脑思考坐享其成的人会拉拢那些技术能力较强又有上进心的人和自己一组，这样就利用他们“能者多劳”的优势使自己既可以躲避劳动又可以和其他积极并出色的完成任务的人分享荣誉。

No matter in the campus or in the workplace, to complete a common task in the form of group is always unavoidable. Some time it is teacher or leader to decide the group members, most of the time is free. It is ought to be convenient for team members to promote exchanges and cooperation, however, this arrangement also imperceptibly fostered an atmosphere. Many people who are reluctant to work will win over those who own strong technical ability and motivated people to join their groups, then use their advantage to avoid working and share the honor which should belongs to those outstanding people.

"An able man is busy" is not rare during the teamwork, no matter in the campus or in the workplace. I think it is unfair for those able men to some degree.

Firstly,those able men who have taken much time and devoted themselves to the work should have gain what they deserve. However, once they joined those lazy people's group they would share their achievements with them. It is unfair. Secondly, is it good for those lazy people to share the honor without doing anything? I think it is not that good for them as they gave up chances to learn and to improve their ablilty.They even lost the experience to find out what they need to learn more.

Above all, it is unfair for both of the able men and lazy men.
