The boy dancing with South Korean singer Psy in the world famous video "Gangnam Style" has also risen to fame overnight. Seven-year-old "Little Psy" has gone solo, and will release his own single next week.

"Show Time" is a K-pop song with a catchy tune. Promoters in neighbouring countries like Japan, China, Vietnam and Singapore have already shown an interest in it.

Little Psy’s real name is Hwang Min-woo. This second-grader in Seoul has danced since he was 3 months old. His performance in Psy’s music video led to instant popularity -- and the little star enjoys the recognition.

Hwang Min-Woo, "Little Psy", said, "When people recognize me saying ‘Isn’t that Little PSY?’, I feel fantastic. As I came out on the music video of ’Gangnam Style’, I feel really good to be called ‘Little PSY’"

Unlike many kids his age, Little Psy has no doubts about what he wants to be when he grows up.

"Little Psy" said, “I want to be as awesome a singer as PSY, and rank on the Billboard top 10 in the future. Uncle PSY, here I go!”

To achieve that goal, "Little Psy" is working hard to promote his first album. On Saturday, he performed "Show Time" and "Gangnam Style" at a university’s entrance ceremony in South Korea. Dressed in a classic black suit and sunglasses, he encouraged the audience to dance along with him. They were more than happy to oblige.
