fuzzy的意思是“毛茸茸的”，例如

那个长着毛茸茸红头发的人就是他。

fuzzy还有个比较抽象的含义是：模糊的，不清楚的，（头脑）稀里糊涂的。

I'm a little fuzzy on the details.
在细节方面我不太清楚。

图像模模糊糊的。

另外，fuzzy在原文中属于非正式用法，意思为：full of love and kindness（充满着爱和善意，爱意满满），通常这样搭配：
