The team has worked incredibly hard to deliver this kind of battery performance so you can use it all day long. Yet, it remains amazingly thin. It's just 9.4 mm. Remember the iPad2 starts at $499 for 16GB. Well, I'm really excited to tell you, the new iPad will be priced at just $499. It comes in three store capacity, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB, at $499, $599 and $699 for WiFi models, and for WiFi plus 4G, $629, $729 and $829, the same prices as the iPad2 before. And the new iPad will be available on March 16th.

If you think about it, this new device actually has more memory and higher screen resolution than the Xbox360 or Playstation3. So these guys are really defining mobile gaming again.

With the amazing new iPad, a new affordable price for the very popular iPad2 and amazing software like iPhoto and rest of the iLife and iWork suites, we have redefined once again the category that Apple created just two years ago with the original iPad. I hope you can see why we believe the iPad has an enormous potential and is the ultimate poster child of the post-PC world.
