It changes its flavour with different temperatures, so one type of sake will taste very different when served hot and when served cold. Well, it's summer so maybe cold would be better for the party. If you want to drink cold sake, the best type is this one, "high flavour sake", or "light and smooth sake". They taste much better when served chilled. OK, thank you. Now, I'm not in charge of the food, but what would you recommend to eat with the sake? Sushi or some other type of fish? Well, actually sake enhances the flavour of ingredients and at the same time softens the strong smell of meat and seafood. So, honestly, you could eat anything with it. Thank you for your time.
