That afternoon, the children come to the garden. They find the giant. He is lying on the ground. Many white blossoms are on top of him. He is ____. There is a smile on his face.

很多年过去了，巨人变得老弱多病了。他不能在和孩子们一起玩了。他坐在他的大椅子上看着孩子们玩。
巨人很高兴，因为孩子们使他开心。“我的花园里有很多美好的事物，”他想了想，“但是最美丽的花朵是孩子们。”
冬天又来了。巨人看着窗外。他看到一个小男孩站在树下。书上有很多的blossmos.
巨人很兴奋，他跑下楼梯来到花园，跑到小男孩身边拥抱他。小男孩对巨人说“你是个好巨人，”他说：“以前，你帮助我爬到树上，现在你可以和我一起，我们一起永远的住在天堂。”
那天下午，孩子们来到花园，他们看到了巨人，他躺在地上，很多的blossmos在他头顶。他死了，脸上还带着笑容。
