2 工具和材料

tea towel
毛巾

pot
锅

bowl of ice water
一碗冰水

3 给牙刷拔毛

Put a small pot of water on to boil. Use pliers to pull the bristles out of the end of your toothbrush.
请烧一锅子水候着先。用钳子给你的牙刷“拔毛”。

4 水煮牙刷

Put your tooth brush into the water and let it boil 5-7 minutes, until it's soft.
把你的牙刷放进之前候着的那锅热水里，直至牙刷柄变软。

5 从锅里捞出

Using something other than your hand, remove the toothbrush from the boiling water.
把牙刷从锅里拿出来。亲~不能徒手抓牙刷哦~（= =不想变成清蒸猪蹄吧~你懂的~）

6 静观其变

Place on the tea towel for 1 munites, do not wait until the plastic hardens.
把牙刷放在毛巾上，让它“冷静”一分钟，但不能让它“冷静”太久，免得塑料会硬到拗不动哦。

7 拗个造型

Pick up the softened toothbrush with the hand towel(carefl,its hot!)and bend it into a circle.Leave a small opening.
用毛巾拿起已经变软的牙刷（小心烫！），慢慢的把牙刷掰成一个圆圈。别忘了留个开口。

8 冰冰透心凉

Submerge in ice water and wait 5 minutes, until the toothbrush is hard.
做好造型之后把牙刷放进冰水5分钟直至牙刷完全定型。

9 戴起来

If your bracelet doesn't fit right, just repeat steps 2-7.
如果带上觉得不合适，请重复之前步骤2-7。
