The FBI says a North Carolina woman who raised a child kidnapped from a New York hospital two decades ago is in custody. Ann Pettway will appear in a New York federal court Monday to face kidnapping charges. She surrendered in Bridgeport, Connecticut Sunday on a parole violation charge.

Police say a 38-year-old gunman opened fire in a Detroit police station. The gunman wounded four police officers Sunday at Detroit's 6th precinct before he was shot and killed. All four officers are expected to survive.

Japan says it is culling 410,000 chickens from a farm after the discovery of bird flu. A string of flu was found at a second poultry farm in the southern part of the country. No human infections have been reported in Japan's current outbreak.

And they are celebrating in Green Bay in Pittsburgh. The Packers and Steelers are headed to Super Bowl 45 in Dallas. Pittsburgh beat the New York Jets 24-19. The Packers topped Chicago Bears 21-14.
