2013年第55届格莱美音乐奖已于美国时间2013年2月10日/北京时间2月11日上午揭晓。

2012年的2首大热歌曲都取得了不错的成绩：Gotye凭借"Somebody That I Used to Know"收获了年度最佳制作和最佳流行乐队/组合，此外锅贴哥的《Making Mirrors》还获得了最佳另类音乐专辑；"We Are Young"力压另一首神曲"Call Me Maybe"获得年度最佳歌曲，Fun.当选最佳新人。

年度最佳专辑的大奖则授予了民谣摇滚乐队Mumford & Sons的《Babel》。

此外，Adele虽然在2012年有些淡出乐坛，但她依然凭借"Set Fire to the Rain (Live)"击败了Katy Perry、Rihanna等强敌，获得了最佳流行歌手。
