Afghan President Hamid Karzai says his government and U.S. military officials are engaged in peace talks with the Taliban. The Obama administration is neither confirming nor dening such talks.

A renowned forensic expert says the autopsy done on 2-year-old Caylee Anthony was "shoddy."He gave testimony Saturday in the trial of Casey Anthony, the Florida mother charged with murder in Caylee's death.

Angelina Jolie visited to a Turkish camp for Syrian refugees. The actress was there Friday and spent several hours talking to some of the refugees and camp officials. Thousands of Syrians have tried to cross the border to escape crackdown on anti-government protests.
