out of表示出于什么什么的原因。

翻译：不过有一件事情上我很妒忌他。
envy和jealousy都有“妒忌”之意。envy侧重指因别人获得了自己本想获得的东西或成就而产生妒忌。jealousy强调对别人占有的东西恼恨不满。

翻译：如果你喜欢第一眼美女那种类型的话。
sort of thing某种类型的。
