词组 bond with 中的 bond 是作为动词使用的。

大家千万不要忘记 bond 作为名词时有着债券; 纽带; 联系; 保释金的含义。

词组的意思是建立互信关系; 与…紧密联系。

但是考虑到这里是作为贬义词来使用，所以是“套近乎”的含义。

【例句】A woman should share a deep emotional bond with her man.

          女人需要一个可以和她进行深层次的情感交流的爱人。

图片中的词组 put a notion in one's ear 让人联想到 put a bug in one's ear 这个词组。

这里的bug不是虫子的意思， 而是idea、 notion 或者 information 的意思。
put a bug in one's ear 以微妙的方式告诉对方（暗中透露）给对方信息。

有类似，吹耳旁风的含义。

【例句】I know you want to transferred to the sales department. I'll put a bug in the boss'ear for you.
           我知道你想调到销售部去，我会往老板耳朵里吹吹风。

overstep one‘s bound 的意思是 逾距，过了某人的底线的含义。

overstep 这个单词可以拆成 over(超过) + step（跨过）=  逾距。

【例句】The Commission is sensitive to accusations that it is overstepping its authority.

           该委员会对认为其越权的指责颇为敏感。
