近日，交通银行、广东发展银行等部分银行调高同城ATM跨行取款手续费，引起各方关注。记者26日调查发现，四大行在北京、上海等城市并未调整同城ATM跨行取款手续费。中国银行业协会表示，调整ATM跨行取款收费标准合法合规，建议客户根据自身情况选择交易。
记者通过查询工、农、中、建四大行在各大城市的客户服务部门获悉，目前四大行在北京、上海同城跨行取款手续费仍为2元/笔；而在天津、广州等部分城市，同城跨行取款手续费上调至4元/笔已有一段时间。
与此同时，一些股份制银行大部分手续费仍为2元/笔，光大银行、中信银行每月前两笔同城跨行免收手续费，民生银行则是每月前三笔免费。
在北京宣武门附近的农行网点取款的罗女士表示，目前每笔2元的收费还可以接受，但如果手续费翻番她觉得太贵，“以单笔取款金额上限只有2500元的ATM机为例，取1万元需要进行4次操作，如果手续费翻番将达到16元。”
中行相关负责人表示，根据商业银行服务价格管理暂行办法等有关规定，2006年中行明确规定同城跨行取款手续费最高标准为4元，各地一级分行可根据当地相关情况确定收费标准。
