One possible passage:

Hello, everyone ! Welcome to Enshi. I’m your tour guide. Now let me introduce my hometown—Enshi to you.

It is a mountain city which lies in the southwest of Huibei Province. It has a population of 3.850,000 and people here are very kind and brave. The air is fresh and the climate is neither too hot nor too cold. It’s the most suitable place for people to live in.

In recent years, many great changes have taken place here. The Hurongxi Expressway and Yiwan Railway have been built, they make the traffic muc h more convenient.

There are a lot of beautiful mountains, rivers and caves. You can enjoy many places of interest, such as Enshi Grand Canyon,Tenglong Cave and so on.

I hope you’ll have a good time.

评分原则:

1．本题总分为15分，按五个档次给分。评分时，先根据文章写作要点、应用词汇、语法结构的准确性及上下文的连贯性初步确定其所属档次，然后根据拼写、书写和词数等情况调整档次，最后给分。

2．单词拼写英、美用法均可，书写要规范，严重影响交际的，将分数降低一个档次。

3．词数少于80的，从总分中减去2分。

4．写作要点必须全部包括，但不必逐词翻译，每个要点4分。

各档次的给分范围和要求：

第一档：（15—13分）

能写出全部要点，表达清楚，内容完整丰富。使用多种语法结构和丰富的词汇，语言通顺，语意连贯，具有逻辑性。允许有个别语言错误。

第二档：（12—10分）

能写出全部要点，表达基本清楚，内容较完整。语法结构和词汇基本满足文章需要。语言基本通顺，语意基本连贯。有少量语言错误，但不影响整体理解。

第三档：（9—7分）

能写出大部分要点，语法结构和词汇错误较多，但尚能达意。

第四档：（6—4分）

与题目有关的内容不多，不能表达出基本要点。只是简单拼凑，未达到写作要求。

第五档：（3—0分）  只写出一、二个句子，语言错误多。

0分       只字未写。
