CARIBBEAN BULLDOG 加勒比牛头犬

2 oz. Caribbean Cream 加勒比奶油
2 oz. Milk or Half & Half 半奶半奶油（五五比例）
4 oz. Coca Cola 可口可乐

Build first three ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Add soda and stir gently.
前用入加冰高杯，后入苏打轻搅。

CARIBBEAN ROSE 加勒比玫瑰

2 oz. Caribbean Cream 加勒比奶油
1/ 2 oz. Angostura Grenadine 奥古斯图拉与石榴汁混合物
2 oz. Milk or Half & Half 半奶半奶油（五五比例）
4 oz. Club Soda 冰镇苏打

Build first three ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Add soda and stir gently.
前三入加冰高杯后入苏打轻搅。

CARIBBEAN DREAM 加勒比之梦

1 1/2 oz. White Rum 白兰姆
1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum 深兰姆
1 1/2 oz. Coco Lopez 椰乳酒的一种（脂肪含量较多）
2 oz. Angostura Rum Punch Mix 奥古斯图拉兰姆宾治混合物
2 oz. Pineapple Juice 凤梨汁
1/4 oz. cream 奶油

Blend all the ingredients with crushed ice and serve in a Boca Grande style glass with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
加碎冰用果汁机搅打入Boca Grande风格杯，饰凤梨片及樱桃。

Build first three ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Pour grenadine over the top and serve.
