Before you start working in most foreign companies, they will ask you to sign a contract. If it is a foreign company, the contract will be in English and will have many western terms and conditions.

The contract will have all of your employment conditions such as what your job will be, your working hours and the amount you will be paid.

The contract will also say how much notice you should give the company if you want to resign or leave and how much notice they will give you if you are fired.

It is very important to read and understand the contract fully before you sign it. If you don't understand anything, you should ask someone to explain it carefully to you.

Once you have signed the contract, ask for a photocopy and keep it somewhere safe.
