国家发改委关于各省上网电价上调具体方案的文件已经下达。根据国家发改委公布的全国上网电价调整方案，全国上网电价平均上调1.73分/千瓦时，调整幅度为4.98%。据此计算，预计火电类上市公司净利增加额在40亿元人民币左右，但需继续关注下半年的煤价水平。

China said it has raised on-grid power tariffs from July 1 - for the first time in more than two years - to help power plants which are struggling with surging coal prices.

全国上网电价将从7月1日起上调——这是两年多以来第一次上调——以对电力企业在煤价飙升的残酷局面下有所帮助。

The National Development and Reform Commission on June 19 said it would raise average retail electricity prices from July 1. The retail tariff rises apply to industrial and commercial users and won't affect residential, agricultural and fertilizer sectors, the NDRC said.

国家发改委6月19日宣布从7月1日起上调平均销售电价。不过，发改委表示，销售电价上涨只针对工业和商业用户，对居民、农业及化肥生产企业用电均不在调整之列。

上述报道中，on-grid power tariff就是“上网电价”，指发电企业与购电方进行上网电能结算的价格，也可以用on-grid price表示。retail electricity price是“销售电价”或者“零售电价”，retail tariff表达的也是同样的意思。我们知道tariff一般指“关税”的意思，在这里，它指的是charge，schedule of prices，即“价格表，收费”的意思。
