In larger cities, you can often find pet stores which specialize in selling your pets food, and treats. When buying their food, you will have many brands to select from and can even choose what kind of diet they follow. Then you can buy your pets special treats and snacks for when they are well-behaved. Just don't forget to brush their teeth afterwards with a doggie or kitty toothbrush and toothpaste. And don't feed them scraps from the table. These stores and American pet owners also cater to other special pet needs. In the winter, your pet does not only have to wear its flea collar and tags, he or she can wear clothes especially designed for pets with short hair. When your dog or cat wants to play in the summer, there are also plenty of toys designed just for them. Or, if your dog misbehaves often, you can send them to a trainer who will teach them pet etiquette and even playful tricks. And if they become dirty, there are spas where people will wash, trim, style, and even dye your pet's coat at your request. Finally, when you go on vacation, your pet can too -- he or she can visit a pet hotel where they are well cared for and can even play with other animals enjoying their stay.
