求职自我介绍时的四条“金钥匙”
自我调适，主动自觉地适应环境，与环境保持协调。其实，自我太高，但发展潜力大，创业机会多的工作地点也要重视。现在很多大学生都瞄准大单位，准备稳定地“干一辈子”，这未必现实，也可能埋没很多人的创业才干。条件具备时，应该勇敢地踏出创业的第一步，不仅可以解决自己的就业问题，还能带动其他人就业。 当然，创业之路也是艰辛的，大学生创业肯定是值得鼓励的，但也不宜盲目创业。一定要有开拓自己事业的信心、勇气和能力，有准确的观念与思路，要对自己有一个合理的规划与定位，要与有市场经验的人合作，要摆脱学生公司的意识，要进行科学化、职业化的管理。有的大学生有自主创业的打算，这既可以在毕业后马上实现，也可以通过一定的社会积累后再实行。 调整心态“家丑”也可外扬 “家丑不可外扬”，这是古训，但在大学生就业心理调适方面，如果一时自己难以疏解，找合适的渠道适当“扬”一下，也是一条“金钥匙”。 大学生在求职时出现一些心理压力是正常的，没有必要过度担心，害怕自己有心理障碍。要学会主动调适，必要时还可以寻求有关心理专家的帮助。可以进行积极的自我心理暗示，鼓励自己、相信自己，帮助自己渡过难关；也可以向朋友、老师倾诉，寻求他们的安慰与支持，排解心中的烦闷，放松自己的心情。同时，通过对自己种种心理压力的分析，还可以发现自身平时不容易察觉的一些人格缺陷，这时要积极改变自己、发展自己，使自己的人格更加成熟，使自己将来的人生道路更顺利。
