Syfy's new zombie action-horror series "Z Nation" takes place three years after a zombie virus has taken out most of the country. Harold Perrineau, Tom Everett Scott and DJ Qualls star in the show about citizens who must transport the disease's only known survivor from New York to California if there's any hope for a cure.
