【点评】对于同一原文，不同译者之所以会产生处不同的译文，除了不同译者会体现不同风格之外，还有一个原因就是不同译者会采用不同的视角。视角的不同会带来信息重心的不同。本例的译文一和译文二都是很好的英译文，但它们的侧重点不一。在译文一由“With”引导的介词短语中，the unemployment rate,the dollar's value和the stock market是信息重心，主句是以the problem of economy为信息重心；但在译文二由“With”引导的介词短语中，the increase,the devaluation和the distress则是信息重心，主句的信息重心则由the economy来充当。但在实际翻译操作中，到底使用译文一还是使用译文二的表达方式取决于该句所出现的语境。
