concrete, specific

这两个形容词均含“具体的”之意。

concrete : 指通过感官能看到、听到、触到的具体东西。其反义词是abstract

The more our group talked, the moreconcrete our ideas became. （我们这个小组谈得越多，我们的想法就越具体。）

specific : 侧重指具体的细节，是与general(一般)，vague(模糊)相对的具体。

We haven't fixed a specific date for our meeting.（我们会议的具体日期还没有定下来。）

condition, terms

这两个名词均有“条件”之意。

condition : 通常指为实现许诺、协议、计划、合同等而订出的必须遵守或满足的作为前提的条件或要求。

Conditions are then suitable for the formation of heavier elements. （这样的情况适于形成较重的元素。）

terms : 指谈判或订立合同等时，一方或双方提出或同意的条件。

What 's your sale terms? I 'd like to know your sale terms . （贵方的销售条件是什么? 我想了解一下贵方销售条件。）
