Holding the title of team leader, Sean was usually the last one to go home. He always wanted to make sure the required work got done well before the deadline. That was the goal. Although sometimes, for certain projects, it was difficult to stay ahead. In that case, simply staying afloat would be acceptable. Sean always believed that it was better to handle the pressure ahead of time, as compared to procrastinating and rushing things through last minute. He like to know that everything was going according to schedule before he took his leave for the day.
