Shaw looked again. Being in the light, it was difficult to see into the darkness. He slightly squinted and tried to focus. This time, he made eye contact with a pair of bright yellow eyes, the owner of which stared directly at him. As soon as he blinked though, the pair of eyes promptly disappeared. This could be something scary, but Shawn knew well enough that those eyes belonged to the neighbor’s cat. Without further ado, he stepped into the house as soon as he opened the door. He turned on the lights inside the house and turned off the porch lights.
