Brother Bear and Sister Bear know quite a lot about Bear Country. They know where the best honey trees are. They know the best place for seeing a rainbow.
熊哥哥和熊妹妹非常了解熊王国。他们知道哪里有最好的蜂蜜树。他们知道哪里能看到彩虹。

But they don’t know much about money. When they get some money, they run as fast as they can to the Bear Country Mall and spend it.
但是他们不了解钱。每当他们有钱，他们就会立刻去熊王国的购物街花掉。

Sometimes, Sister puts her money in her piggy bank. But she usually shakes it just a little while later. Brother doesn’t even have a piggy bank.
有时候，熊妹妹会把钱放到自己的猪猪存钱罐里。但通常都是刚过一会就取出来。熊哥哥脸存钱罐都没有。

One day, Brother and Sister go to the mall. They see a new video game. It looks exciting. They run home to ask Papa to buy it.
一天，熊哥哥和熊妹妹去购物街。他们看见一个新的电子游戏。看起来很刺激。他们跑回家让熊爸爸买。

Papa gets angry. He shouts, “A video game! At the mall! You must think I’m made of money!”
熊爸爸很生气。他吼道，“电子游戏！在购物街！你肯定以为我是钱做的吧！”

“You must think money grows on trees!” He shouts again.
“你们肯定以为钱是长在树上的！”他再次大吼。

“Video games! There were no video games when I was a cub!” He goes on, getting more and more angry. “You must make your money! That’s what life is about – working, making money, saving for a rainy day!” Papa knocks over a chair.
“电子游戏！我小时候可没有电子游戏！”他继续吼，越来越生气了。“你们必须自己挣钱！这才是生活--工作，挣钱，省钱以备急用！”熊爸爸打翻了一把椅子。

Now Brother and Sister know how serious it is. They decide to make some money.
现在熊哥哥和熊妹妹知道了时态的严重性。他们决定去挣点钱。
