背景介绍：

近日，不少高校的硕士研究生复试工作已经完成，这也意味着今年的考研即将告一段落，而2014年考研的帷幕已然拉开。据悉，尽管明年国家将取消公费研究生，但学生的报考热情依然不减，相当一部分学生已经在积极为明年的考研做准备。今年全国硕士研究生报考人数再创历史新高，达到180万左右，考研报考人数连续五年呈增长态势。百万考研大军、千辛万苦的备考、由此形成的教育产业，已经成为具有中国式特征的考研之路。
而在考研热的同时，研究生的就业难也成为社会所关注的话题。专家呼吁，该让考研回归理性。这需要对我们研究生招考及培养机制进行改革，同时改革人才评价体系，打破“学历社会”。
